Therapy for the way your brain works

I provide virtual, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for children, teens, and adults throughout North Carolina. I specialize in ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, sensory overwhelm, and emotional regulation.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and personalized to you—not a textbook. We'll find tools that fit your brain, your life, and your goals.

ADHD Therapy

Children • Teens • Adults

ADHD affects more than attention. We can work on emotional regulation, executive functioning, overwhelm, self-esteem, motivation, and everyday challenges.

ADHD doesn't mean you're broken. You may just need different tools.

Autism & Neurodivergent Therapy

Children • Teens • Adults

Therapy should not be about making you appear more "typical." We'll focus on understanding yourself, navigating sensory needs, building confidence, and finding strategies that actually work for you.

You don't have to mask here.

Trauma, Anxiety & EMDR

Children • Teens • Adults

I am trained in EMDR and use evidence-based approaches to help process trauma, manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and navigate experiences that still feel overwhelming.

We'll move at your pace.

Therapy should fit the person not a textbook

Maybe you've spent years feeling like you're "too much."

Too emotional.
Too sensitive.
Too distracted.
Too anxious.
Too difficult.

Or maybe you're a parent trying to understand why the strategies that seem to work for everyone else's child aren't working for yours.

I believe therapy should start with understanding—not judgment.

My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, collaborative, and flexible. I combine my professional training with a genuine understanding of ADHD and autism to create therapy that fits the person sitting in front of me.

That might mean fidgeting, moving around, taking a break, using art or other creative activities, talking things through, or simply taking a little longer to find the right words.

There is no "right" way to do therapy here.
